About the project
Platform Q! is a cloud-based enterprise software solution engineered to integrate or gradually replace the company-specific, isolated ERP systems developed by various software providers.
My Role
As the UI Designer, I led the company’s full rebrand, including the main landing page, marketing materials, and presentations.
I designed 200+ web app screens, maintaining a cohesive design system. Additionally, I conducted a thorough UI audit, identifying major issues like poor navigation, outdated aesthetics, and non-intuitive interactions.
This analysis guided the transformation of a complex system into a user-friendly, modern experience, balancing creative design with practical usability improvements.
Project Outcome
Over the two-year duration of the project, the rebranding and design overhaul of Platform Q! led to significant, measurable improvements.
User interviews and iterative design refinements resulted in enhanced navigation, improved overall usability, and a more intuitive interface that was met with overwhelmingly positive reviews.
The reimagined design not only elevated the brand’s market presence but also provided tangible cost savings by minimizing the need for extensive retraining and reducing support calls.

UI/UX Audit
At the beginning, I conducted an audit of the current application in terms of usability and accessibility, then I’ve created few different wireframes for main layouts with all necessary improvements to the current system.
Web application
After a few actual screens, a completely new Design System was born, that included all necessary components to build the rest. This is just a small part of it.
